TRANSITIONS_2022

The experimental video was filmed during the AIR programme at the Centre for Experimental Photography Adams in Rome, Italy in 2021/2022. By placing a smartphone inside the camera obscura, during the Pandemic, Jazbec documented the movement of people and traffic exploring the flux of time and space. The result is a collection of moving images not in focus. Distorted scenes in which light and colour flow provide the viewer with fresh perspectives on the, at the time so unreal, real world.
